In 10 of the 28 seedlings of each treatment, the height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry mass, quality index of the seedlings and the efficiency of the application were evaluated. To determine the optimum concentration, the increments of the dry mass and the foliar area to several functions and the one of greater adjustment was selected. With the first derivative of these functions determined the optimal concentration. The coffee plantlets responded positively to the application of FitoMas-E.
