The parcels conformed to with 40 seedlings of which 10 were analyzed. They were taken to end evaluations every 15 days after the emergency of the seedlings for the variables: height, diameter of the shaft and number of leaves. Foliate applications of liquid worm humus were carried out to the 60 days and of Bioplasm at 67 days later to the germination. To the 90 later days to the bud of the plants it concluded the rehearsal, the variable height, diameter of the shaft, number of leaves, dry weight of the air system and area to foliate were analyzed. The obtained data were subjected to variance analysis and the significant factors analyzed by the Duncan test with a level of significance of 5 %. The results show that the compound substratum for a mixture of coconut fiber 40 % + Humus of worm 40 % + Litonita 20 %, according to the analyzed variables propitiated the best development in the postures, also that the system of seedlings production in tubetes for the cultivation of the cocoa needs of a fertilization starting from the 45 days later to the emergency of the seedlings.}, }

In a totally randomized with arrangement Bifactorial design the combination of two proportions of worm soil-humus it was studied (5:1 and 7:1 volumen/volumen) and four stumps of HMA: without inoculation, Glomus cubense, Glomus intraradices and Funneliformis mosseae. When the plants reach the five months of having sowed, in 5 postures of 10 that conformed each treatment, were evaluated the height, the diameter of the shaft, the dry mass, the foliate area, the quality index and the efficiency index . The postures of Th. cocoa L. responded to the inoculation of the different mycorrhizas stumps. The effect of the mycorrhizal inoculation differed according to the wealth of the substratum. Glomus intraradices was the most promissory stump and it showed a better action when inoculating in the substratum with smaller fertility. The study was carried out from September to November 2014. The experiment had 13 treatments distributed in a randomized block design with three replicates, of them an absolute control (without inoculum), a reference control (strain Can4) and 11 Rhizobium isolates from the Tercer Frente soils. The Rhizobium isolates from the soils of the Third Front presented positive influence on the development and efficient use of nutrients by the canavalia compared to the control in the Reddish Brown Fersialitic soils of Jibacoa, but the Can4 strain was the one that presented in a general sense the better results in the indicators evaluated. }, }
