The bio-stimulant was applied by imbibitions in solution of 5 % for one hour. The mixture Brown soil/manure organic in proportion 3/1 was characterized by pH of lightly sour to lightly basic, acceptable contents of organic matter and of means to high of phosphorus and potassium and high capacity of cationic exchange. A significant positive answer, existed and differed to the application of the Vitazyme for all varieties. The indicators that reflected in a more frequent way the effect of the Vitazyme were the height (increase among 10 %-2 3%), the index of quality (10 % and 47 %) and the foliate area (11 %-48 %). Three groups of varieties were identified by their response to the bio-stimulant: the first one represented for ‘Island 6-11’ and ‘Island 6-12’ with high indicators of growth; the second of moderate answer composed for ‘Island 5-15’, ‘Mundo novo’, ‘San Ramón enano’ and ‘Villalobos’ and the third where the varieties of smaller response ‘Catuai’ and ‘Caturra’ were located. The seedlings of ‘San Ramón enano’ showed values of absorption of nutritious significantly inferior to the rest. The Vitazyme application increased the absorption of N 14 %, P 31 % and K 41 % for the seedlings with regard to non application and carried out in a more efficient way for the nitrogen and the potassium.}, }

A randomized block design was used with four replications and six treatments resulting from the combination of three irrigation regimes and two planting densities. The soil moisture was determined through gravimetric method and kept over the established rates by means of tricklers with a performance of 4 L/h. After 36 months were conducted morphologic valuations and the obtained data were processed according to a bifactorial analysis. The results showed that the biggest morphologic developments and production volumes were achieved with the watering application, without they were significant differences when it was carried out between 75% and 85% CC. The biggest heights and the smallest cup diameters of the plants were achieved in the biggest density. It was carried out in the laboratory of biotechnology of the plants in JARC (Jimma Agricultural Research Centers, Ethiopia) between September of the 2006 and January of the 2008. Healthy leaves and with active growth starting from plants of coffee grown in hothouse were used as initial material. Hybrid F1 of Coffea arabica L. obtained of the crossing among wild agreements originated in Ethiopia, they were used during the experiment. Bio-reactors of temporary immersion (RITA) were used for the regeneration phase and development starting from embryonic suspensions. Different means, hormonal combinations, times and immersion cycles were proven in the regeneration and development of the embryos.
